Our investment in the Sawmill at James Chambers has not only allowed us to increase our milling capacity but also meant that the number of different jobs and the quality of work we produce has increased too. New machines which allow hardwoods to be surfaced meaning we can straighten out bent boards is another example of our commitment to machining quality timber. Not only is our main line machinery impressive but also our tool workshop capabilities too as we are able to make our own moulding cutters specific to your own requirements. Customers can bring in small samples of a moulding which can be scanned into our template moulder, which is then used to make the exact cutter to use when machining a custom moulding design. The same technology is used to machine the more general mouldings styles we keep in stock such as Torus, Ogee, Lambs Tongue and Ladies Slipper.
